Resolution Nr. 1
The ALA Board voted by e-mail to nominate the PBLA board president candidate for the 2024-2025 calendar year, Peter Blumberg.
Resolution Nr. 2
The ALA Board approves to provide $10,000 to the public media publication LAIKS in exchange for a clear and specific report detailing the use of the investment. Clearer cooperation with the LAIKS information department should be carried out.
Resolution Nr. 3
The ALA Board resolves to hold the upcoming 73rd ALA Congress in Portland, Oregon the second weekend of October.
Resolution Nr. 4
The ALA Board approves to support all “Sveika, Latvija!” and “Heritage Latvia” participants with an equal scholarship of $800.00, regardless of how many years they have studied the Latvian language.
