ALA administers a number of scholarship funds donated to support Latvian students in a variety of fields of study.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We invite all Latvian students active in their Latvian communities to apply for a scholarship for the 2019-2020 school year. Students studying for their Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree at a college or university in the United States are eligible to apply after their first year of study. Applications, along with two letters of reference are due June 1. All applications will be evaluated, and students will be notified at the end of June. Scholarships will be paid directly to the university the following fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
