Resolution Nr. 1
\n<\/strong>Th<\/span>e<\/span> ALA <\/span>B<\/span>oard<\/span> confirms<\/span> the<\/span> nomination<\/span> of<\/span> 27 <\/span>members<\/span> of<\/span> the<\/span> American <\/span>Latvian<\/span> community<\/span> for<\/span> the<\/span> annual<\/span> ALA <\/span>certificate<\/span> of<\/span> recognition<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/i>The ALA Board accepts the financial reports (Statement of Financial Position and Budget vs. Actual) as presented.<\/p>\n

Resolution<\/span> Nr. 3
\n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>After<\/span> careful<\/span> discussions<\/span> regarding<\/span> accepting<\/span> donations<\/span> for<\/span> which<\/span> the<\/span> ultimate<\/span> intended<\/span> recipient <\/span>is<\/span> o<\/span>utside<\/span> of<\/span> ALA\u2019s<\/span> internal<\/span> Office <\/span>structure<\/span>, <\/span>the<\/span> ALA <\/span>Board<\/span> resolves<\/span> to <\/span>reject<\/span> proposal<\/span>s<\/span> to <\/span>channel<\/span> donations<\/span> to <\/span>the<\/span> ,,<\/span>Silent<\/span> H<\/span>ero<\/span>\u201d <\/span>project<\/span> through<\/span> ALA\u2019s<\/span> accounts<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Resolution Nr. 4
\n<\/b>In response to\u00a0 the Latvian Scouts\u2019 Association, Inc. US Region proposal, the ALA Board supports the idea of pronouncing the Year 2017 as the \u201c100th Anniversary Year of the Latvian Scouts Movement\u201d and resolves to recommend this project to World Federation of Free Latvians (WFFL) board for worldwide proclamation.<\/p>\n
